Harmony, a leading family-owned healthcare and rehabilitation center in Chicago’s North Side, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for the well-being and nursing care of all residents in the unit and to supervise all aides. Duties include assigning all nursing assistants to residents, supervising and administering all treatments prescribed by the physician, making rounds utilizing care plans, notifying the attending physician of any significant changes in the resident’s condition, direct charting and working with the physician as part of our multidisciplinary team. Must be a graduate of a school of Practical or Professional Nursing approved by the State of Illinois and have a current State of Illinois license as a Registered Professional Nurse. Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Nurse (LPN)

As a RN or LPN currently licensed with the State of Illinois, you’ll bring your strong customer service and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, physicians and other members of our multidisciplinary team.
