Restorative Rehabilitation Care Coordinator/Nurse

The ability to communicate effectively with both residents and other Harmony team members is a must. A current State of Illinois license as an RN or LPN is preferred. Completion of a rehabilitation nursing course approved by the State of Illinois is also preferred.
