Restorative Rehabilitation Care Coordinator/Nurse

The Resorative Rehabilitation Care Coordinator directs, supervises and coordinates the implementation of Harmony's restorative rehabilitation program. The ability to communicate effectively with both residents and other Harmony team members is a must. A current State of Illinois license as an RN or LPN is preferred. Completion of a rehabilitation nursing course approved by the State of Illinois is also preferred.
